Hi Every one welcome to the first open Mic of 2017 this next edition falls on the season of LOVE. and there is nothing quite like the emotions of love that have inspired the bests, books, songs , art and poetry. We invite you to come read, listen and be inspired. Perhaps you are a poet, a novelist, a performer, a playwright, a journalist, an avid diary keeper, a scrawler of writings on walls. Whatever form your words take, we want to hear them. The only limit is ten minutes. You don't need to present anything. You can also come along to listen, to be surprised, and to be inspired. Bring a plate of food to share, or just bring yourself. Let's exchange ideas over wine and nibbles, and expand the community of writers (and readers!) here in Florence. The microphone will be occupied from 8pm until 10pm. See you there. x This event is English language based, but all languages are welcome.
